The Funds of Bank comprise of the following :
- Debentures / Loan from NABARD
- Grants, Subsidies and Fees
- Loans from State Govt.
The main source of raising funds with the Bank is by way of loan from NABARD wherein refinance to the extent of 100% is being provided. Primary Banks advance loans to their members against the security of simple mortgage of agricultural land. The loans so advanced by the Primary Banks are re-imbursed by the State Bank against the security of these mortgage deed. In turn, the State Bank raises refinance from NABARD against these mortgages. As such the cycle of collecting funds making advancement continues.
